Does Dr. Orsburn accept insurance?

In order to focus entirely on her patients, Dr. Orsburn does not participate in any insurance plans, including Medicare.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

​

Elevate Wellness has a 72-hour cancellation policy, which will be discussed at your first visit. This policy is in place to ensure that Dr. Orsburn's limited appointment slots are made available to those on wait lists.

How do I prepare for my treatment?

​

• Wear loose-fitting clothing with sleeves and pant legs that easily roll up to expose your limbs.

• Eat a light snack prior to your treatment.

• Hydrate before and after your treatment.

What is included in my first visit?

​

Because Dr. Orsburn likes to spend time getting to know her patients well, your first visit will typically last around 90 minutes. Having your forms filled out in advance of your appointment will greatly increase the amount of one-on-one time the doctor is able to spend with you. 

 

We'll start with a conversation about the reasons for your visit, your health goals, and your past and present health history. Part of Dr. Orsburn's intake procedure includes tongue and pulse analysis, two key diagnostic tools used in Chinese Medicine. Your individualized treatment strategy may include one or more of the following modalities:

How many treatments will I need?

​

This varies depending upon the condition being treated and the length of time it has been present.

 

An acute problem may require only a few treatments. Complex or long-standing issues may require treatment once or twice a week for a few months. We will develop and discuss your treatment plan together during your first consultation.
