This sauce is more than delicious! It's packed with immune-boosting antioxidants and is quite the versatile condiment. I've used this on my roasted beet salad, as a dipping sauce for rutabaga fries and sweet potato fritters, and as a topping for tacos. How will you enjoy it?
Ingredients:
2 limes, juiced, about 1/4 cup of juice
1 chipotle chili in adobo sauce
1 tsp additional adobo sauce
2 cloves garlic, peeled, crushed, and rested on your cutting board for 5 minutes
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp raw local honey
1 tbsp organic flax seed, freshly ground
2 tbsp high polyphenol organic EVOO [this is one I love]
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in your food processor and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate in a lidded glass container.
