Detox Salad




Are you trying to detox from the string of cheat days we call "The Holidays"? This satisfying salad is packed with nutrients to rev up your body's detoxification systems.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch organic lancinato kale, ribs removed and chiffonade

  • 5-6 small organic carrots, finely shredded [about 1.5 cups]

  • 1 bunch organic green onions, finely sliced

  • 1 small bunch organic red radishes, finely sliced

  • 1 small bunch organic cilantro, chopped

  • 20-25 mint leaves, chiffonade

  • 1/2 cup raw walnuts, freshly roasted

  • 3 cups roast organic turkey or chicken, chopped

  • Aromatic Spice Dressing


Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl.

  2. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to finely coat.

  3. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes prior to serving to allow the flavors to meld.


Pro Tip: save and eat the radish greens, which are also full of vital nutrients!
